Covid-19 Policy: If you have or had experienced any symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days, which can include but not limited to: fever, fatigue, dry cough or difficulty breathing, please inform Kindred Circle Massage Therapy and we will reschedule your appointment. We ask you respect this poilicy for the safety of others. Face Mask REQUIRED at arrival in office, and in the treatment room- NO EXCEPTIONS

Cancelation / No-Show Policy: Kindred Circle Massage Therapy has a 24 Hour Cancelation Policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us (call / text 949-264-8248) least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancelation fee applied to your credit card on file. Clients who cancel within 2 hours of their appointment or who do not show up or inform us will be charged in full.
 
Arrivals / Late: We ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes early to your scheduled massage, so we can discuss any recent changes to your health, and the goals of your specific session. The hands on service time for your massage will start promptly at the scheduled appointment time. If you are late for an appointment, the therapist can only give whatever time remains of the appointment, and that payment will be for the full length of the session that was booked. We encourage you to call if you are going to be late for any reason (call / text 949-264-8248).
 
Appointment Only: To make an appointment, you can use our automated booking system or call / text 949-264-8248 during normal business hours. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation, so please have this ready at time of booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancelation or missed appointment.  Payment is due at the time of service and accepted in the form of cash or credit card.

Informed Consent:
 Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with us, you will be asked to sign the treatment consent form stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures. Client information is kept private and confidential. It is not shared with anyone without prior written consent.
 
Health Intake Forms: To ensure safe customized sessions, we ask that all clients fill out the health intake form that will be emailed to you after you book your first appointment. It is the clients responsibility to relay all new information relating to their health status, so we can modify the session if necessary.
 

Safety / Conduct: We perform a professional client-centered therapeutic based massage. If at anytime during the session any kind of unprofessional remark is made or our safety feels compromised, we will terminate the session and you will be charged full price for the appointment.

Scope of Practice: Kindred Circle Massage Therapy therapists hold a California State Certification with CAMTC, and are held to the highest standards of the American Massage Therapy Association. Massage therapy is a profession in which the practitioner uses manual techniques with the intention of positively affecting the health and well being of the client. We do not diagnose or prescribe and will refer to appropriate specialists when work a client may need is not within our scope of practice
 
Draping: In therapeutic massage, the client is unclothed. The client is in private when disrobing, and are properly draped with a sheet at all times during the session, exposing only the part of the body being worked on at that time. We encourage the client to bring any questions or concerns regarding draping to our attention, as personal and professional boundaries are respected at all times.
